Welcome to The Mediterranean Movement, LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our websites, products, programs, coaching services, and digital content across www.mediterraneandietmealplans.com, www.themedimove.com, and www.themediterraneanmovement.com.

1. GENERAL
Everything we offer — programs, coaching, meal plans, recipes, and content — is intended for informational and educational purposes only. We are not medical providers and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Nothing on this site should be taken as medical advice or as a substitute for care from your physician or healthcare provider.
Please consult your doctor before starting any nutrition, fitness, or lifestyle program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medications.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or products means you accept any changes.
2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We do not offer refunds on any of our products or services. All sales are final.
This includes:
- 4-Week Jumpstart Program
- Thrive Weight Loss Program
- Strong & Nourished
- MacroFit and other self-study courses
- Nutrition coaching programs and packages
- Meal plans and meal plan bundles
- All other digital products
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that digital content is delivered immediately, coaching services reserve time and expertise upon booking, and results depend on your individual effort and consistency.
If you ever have trouble accessing your purchase, please contact us right away at hello@themedimove.com — we'll do everything we can to help.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & RENEWALS
Subscribe & Save meal plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, starting from your original purchase date. Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged on that date each cycle.
To cancel: Email us at hello@themedimove.com before your next renewal date. Once a renewal has been processed, we'll stop future charges and you'll keep access through the end of that paid period. No refunds are issued for renewals already processed.
After cancellation, please download and save your materials, as access may eventually be removed.
4. ONE-TIME PURCHASES
One-time digital purchases — including meal plans, cookbooks, recipe books, programs, and courses — do not auto-renew. You are billed once at the time of purchase.
Your materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, distributed, or resold.
5. COACHING PROGRAMS
(Nutrition Guide, Nutrition Jumpstart, Nutrition Journey, Meal Plan + Coach, and similar)
Coaching is delivered one-on-one via video call, phone, or platforms like Zoom or Practice Better. Sessions are scheduled directly between you and your nutritionist after purchase.
A few things to know:
- Most coaching packages expire 1 year from the date of purchase
- The Nutrition Journey (12 sessions) expires 2 years from purchase
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and scheduling your sessions
- We are not responsible for missed communication due to incorrect contact details

6. RIGHT TO DECLINE SERVICE
We reserve the right to decline a coaching purchase if we feel it's not the right fit or falls outside our scope of practice. In that case, a full refund will be issued.
7. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL MATERIALS
All products are digital — nothing is shipped. Depending on the product, your materials will be delivered via email or through a platform like Thinkific, Google Drive, Kajabi, or Trainerize.
You are responsible for downloading and saving your materials after purchase. If you have any trouble accessing your content, contact us at hello@themedimove.com right away.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our site and within our products is owned by The Mediterranean Movement, LLC and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell any of our content without written permission.
Sharing login credentials or program materials is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.
9. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Our content has not been evaluated by the FDA and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your physician before making changes to your diet or lifestyle.
10. ALLERGIES
We are not responsible for allergic reactions to any ingredients in our meal plans or recipes. Please review all ingredients carefully and make substitutions as needed based on your dietary needs.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mediterranean Movement, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or our products. By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Mediterranean Movement, LLC from any claims arising from your use of our products or services.
12. PRIVACY & DATA
We collect personal and non-personal information to operate our site, process transactions, and improve your experience. We use cookies and similar technologies. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 13. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
