These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our websites, products, services, programs, subscriptions, and digital content, including but not limited to www.mediterraneandietmealplans.com, www.themedimove.com, and www.themediterraneanmovement.com (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing our Site or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or purchase our products.

1. GENERAL TERMS

All products, services, programs, coaching, and content provided by The Mediterranean Movement, LLC are intended for informational and educational purposes only and are not medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, nor do we provide medical, mental health, or therapeutic services. Nothing on this Site or within our products should be interpreted as medical advice or a substitute for professional medical care.

You should always consult with your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any nutrition, fitness, or lifestyle program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medications.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site or purchase of our products constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Billing

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Failure to do so may result in delayed or canceled access to purchased products.

Nutrition Programs & Coaching (Final Sale)

All nutrition programs, digital courses, and coaching services are final sale and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• 4-Week Jumpstart Program

• Thrive Weight Loss Program

• Strong & Nourished

• MacroFit and other self-study courses

• Nutrition coaching programs and packages

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• Digital content and program access are delivered immediately

• Coaching services reserve time, expertise, and resources upon purchase

• Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and participation

For this reason, no refunds are offered on programs or coaching services.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your materials, please contact hello@themedimove.com and we will assist you promptly.

Money-Back Guarantee (Meal Plans Only)

We offer a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee on:

• Individual Meal Plans

• Meal Plan Bundles

To request a refund, you must email hello@themedimove.com within 30 days of purchase. Refunds apply to the full purchase price only. Processing fees paid to our payment processor are non-refundable.

This guarantee applies only to Meal Plans and Meal Plan Bundles and does not apply to digital programs, courses, or coaching services.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & RENEWALS

Subscribe & Save Meal Plans

Not all products are subscriptions. Only Meal Plans explicitly labeled "Subscribe & Save" will auto-renew.

• Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually

• Billing occurs on the original purchase date

• Charges are made to the payment method on file

Canceling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription by emailing us before your renewal date. Once a renewal has been processed, billing will stop for future cycles, but no refunds will be issued for the current period.

After cancellation, you are responsible for downloading and saving your materials, as access may be removed.

4. ONE-TIME PURCHASES & PROGRAM ACCESS

All digital programs and courses are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew, unless clearly stated.

Upon purchase, you receive access to the program materials for personal use only. Content may not be shared, copied, distributed, or resold.

5. REFUND POLICY — PROGRAMS & COACHING

Nutrition Programs

Including but not limited to:

• 4-Week Jumpstart Program

• Thrive Weight Loss Program

• Strong & Nourished

• Other digital nutrition programs

All sales are final. No refunds are offered.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• Results depend on individual effort and consistency

• Digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be returned

• Outcomes are not guaranteed

Technical issues should be reported promptly to hello@themedimove.com.

Coaching Programs

Including:

• Nutrition Guide

• Nutrition Jumpstart

• Nutrition Journey

• Meal Plan + Coach

Refunds are not provided for:

• Coaching sessions already completed

• Unused or unredeemed sessions

Packages are time-bound and must be used within their stated validity period.

In rare circumstances, credits or refunds may be considered at our sole discretion.

 

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & SCHEDULING

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact information

• Scheduling sessions

• Attending scheduled appointments

We are not responsible for missed communication due to outdated contact details or lack of responsiveness.

7. PACKAGE EXPIRATION

• Most coaching packages expire 1 year from purchase

• Nutrition Journey expires 2 years from purchase

Expired packages are not guaranteed reinstatement.

8. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• A client is not a good fit

• Needs fall outside our scope

Unused coaching services will be refunded in these cases.

9. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL MATERIALS

One-Time Products

Delivered via email or third-party platforms. Customers are responsible for downloading and saving all materials.

Programs & Courses

Programs may be delivered through platforms such as Thinkific, Google Drive, Trainerize, Kajabi, or email communication.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USE OF CONTENT

All content is owned by The Mediterranean Movement, LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without written permission.

Sharing login credentials or program materials is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination without refund.

11. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Content is not medical advice and has not been evaluated by the FDA. Always consult your physician before starting any nutrition or fitness program.

 

12. ALLERGIES & INGREDIENT RESPONSIBILITY

We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Clients must verify ingredients and substitutions.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for damages arising from use of this Site or products

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Mediterranean Movement, LLC

14. PRIVACY POLICY & DATA USE

We collect personal and non-personal data to operate our Site, process transactions, and improve services. We use cookies and similar technologies. Full details are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 13.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
