Everything we sell is 100% digital — nothing will be shipped to you. You're welcome to print anything you receive for personal use.

SUBSCRIBE & SAVE — MEAL PLANS
Your meal plan will be emailed to you every month at the email address you provided at checkout. If you need to update your email address, just let us know at hello@themedimove.com.
ONE-TIME DIGITAL PURCHASES
(meal plans, cookbooks, recipe books, and other standalone products)
Your purchase will be delivered in full immediately after checkout. Please download and save your materials right away, as it's your responsibility to keep a copy for future access.

NUTRITION PROGRAMS
(including the 4-Week Jumpstart Program, Thrive Weight Loss Program, and similar)
Program materials are delivered through platforms like Thinkific or Google Drive, since some content is too large to send by email. You'll receive instructions on how to access everything after purchase.
Many programs also include regular emails with tips, updates, and program information. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

COACHING PACKAGES
(Nutrition Guide, Nutrition Jumpstart, Nutrition Journey, Meal Plan + Coach, and similar)
Coaching sessions are conducted one-on-one via video call (Zoom or similar), phone, or through a platform like Practice Better. Once your payment is processed, you'll work directly with your nutritionist to schedule your sessions — usually over email, phone, or through a scheduling form.
Some coaching packages also include meal plans, cookbooks, or other digital resources, which will be sent via email. Please download and save these upon receipt.
